Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

2nd time buying, just wish there was less plastic packaging around the eco friendly brush! Maybe consider sending in a cardboard box instead of in 2 layers of plastic. Also not the brushes are also individually wrapped in plastic (I assume for hygiene reasons) but I know some won’t like that either. Thanks

Ordered 23.09, received 12.10. When the store chose a simplified shipment, i strained thought well to wait again 2 months, but no seller molodchinka quickly sent me. I'll order brushes from him now. The brush has a fairly stiff bristles (i think that this is average stiffness) suitable for me, last time i ordered from another seller there was too soft.
