хорошие, чуть греют, клею на ночь или когда иду на танцы, соблюдаю диету ничего сладкого, мучного надо пить воду хотя бы 1-1,5 литра похудела на 5 кг за 1,5 месяца, надо ещё 5 кг сбросить. Есть не большой слабительный эффект. Утром завтракаю низкокалорийным коктейлем и ужинаю тоже им только добавляю протеин. В течении дня кушаю что хочу, но по маленькой порции. Тогда эффект будет, а если жрать и клеить пластыри то ни какого толка не будет.
