Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Niestety nie doczekałem się swojego zamówienia... ☹️ Po otwarciu sporu sprzedawca obiecał wysłać ponownie zamówienie i prosił o zamknięcie sporu. Zgłosiłam się.... I to był mój błąd. Teraz nie mam ani zamówionego towaru ani pieniędzy. Nawet nie dostałam odpowiedzi na ostatnią wiadomość sprzed tygodnia. Jestem bardzo zawiedziona. Na pewno już nic u nich nie kupię.

Посылка пришла вовремя, правда не отслеживалась. Волновалась, прийдет она вообще или нет. Продавец доброжелательный, успокаивал как мог =) Посылка была упакована хорошо. В коробке помимо пасты и инструментов лежит инструкция на английском языке. Все написано предельно понятно. Набор пока не испытывала. Позже выложу фото своих ноготков "до" и "после".

довольна этим заказом очень. наконец-то,могу сама себе делать японский маникюр. блеск ногтей как у оригинального набора, по поводу укрепления ногтей пока рано судить, может быть, позже добавлю отзыв. все соответствует описанию, аккуратно упакован, прибыл в р-не 3х недель.

uwielbiam!!! po trzech zabiegach mam mega wzmocnione paznokcie! udało mi się je nawet zapuścić co od dawna nie było możliwe. jeśli macie zniszczone paznokcie po hybrydach to polecam! :)
