Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Очень красивые и утонченные бульеночки. Пришли в целости и сохранности, ничего не рассыпалось. Доставка около месяца. Правда, хотелось бы побольше наполнения, а так товаром полностью довольна.

Товар не отслеживался. Доставка быстрая, доставлена за 25 дней. Украшения на половину пластик и металл. Пластик- объемные украшения луна, звезда, квадрат и два вида круга. Качество больших среднее. Царапины, бугры, края изделия не обработаны остались заусенцы. Хорошо что их мало и в дизайне я их использовать не буду. Остальные украшения клепками выполнены из металла и сделаны качественно. Как в носке-дополню позже отзыв, но хочу сказать, что у меня есть до этого купленные комплекты из розового и желтого золота и в носке показали себя очень хорошо. За три недели не облезли и не поменяли цвет. Единственное это появились царапинки, но без этого ни как. В целом каруселька понравилась. Товаром этого продавца в очередной раз осталась довольна.
