How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 185 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.
If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.

- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Health Beauty Care Online Store (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

They actually work! Pictures are 15 mins apart in the same room facing the same way (shadow is my arm). They dont come out of the package easy and you need to lay down so they dont slide. But THEY WORK.
I was always using eye cream, and honestly, didn't see a big difference for a while. This was my first experience with the eye patches and I am really impressed! I have puffiness and wrinkles under my eyes, after applying those patches for about 25 minutes, you can definitely tell the difference! I have used it as instructed after 1 hour in the fridge and it felt pretty comfortable. Like this product a lot so far.
I have been using this a few days, I put it at night before I go to sleep and I wake up with a smaile. I'm 48 and whatever makes me look younger I adore. This is a keeper! Say goodbye to puffy eyes.

To be honest I was not impressed by this product. When you first one out it seems very hydrating. Even when applied it has a lot of slip to it. I probably had to slide them back into place 3 or 4 times before they actually stayed in place. At that point they were already pretty much dried out. When I removed them, there was no extra serum or “juices” so to speak. It really just leaves a film that rolls and balls up, I wouldn’t recommend applying makeup over the area if it hasn’t been thoroughly washed after removal. Great concept, I love eye mask, but there are better out there. You get what you pay for here.
I’ve only been using the product for 4 days so I haven’t noticed a difference just yet but I do love the way it feels. It’s a cooling feeling which helps wake me up in the mornings. I will say that I have an issue with them sliding so I am constantly adjusting them and pushing them back up to my eye. They also tear very easily so be careful when taking them out or if needing to adjust it on your face. Other than that I am enjoying them! I’m also happy with the amount you get for the price.
I LOVE THESE! Fair price and they are perfect when you leave them in the fridge and apply cold. A really nice cooling effect and it helps with puffy eyes!
These are super nice for moisturizing the under eye area. I wasnt sure I needed these since I do sheet masks fairly often, but these are so nice and refreshing. They do slide down a bit, so you cant necessarily walk around and do stuff while you have them on, but theyre a nice part of my nighttime skincare routine
