It is called relatively heavy and it's not pleasant on your head, but I just go slightly more reclined sitting and use the strap to the head not. I put the mask over face and neck. The package arrived very quickly. All works perfectly, tried it once so far on blue light, for treatment of acne. After 30mins session nothing visible happens but i can fell thigh tension in skin. I have tried phototherapy before and it worked well after couple of them. I wll be using up to 3 times a week. Will update on results later. So far no issues.
