Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.

In appearance, cool cilia, not yet used but I'll take more. Delivery was written that it will only be in November, and came very quickly. I can not say exactly, about two weeks

Excellent cilia, I take not the first time. I glue them on the glue for false eyelashes. Very convenient, look natural, hold on well, you can paint a little with ink.

очень быстрая доставка (чуть меньше месяца ) ресницы прекрасны. изгиб не подойдет для прямых ресниц . нужно будет подкрутить.
Замечательные реснички! Одни из лучших! Пушистые. Основание не жесткое, аккуратное. Пожалела, что заказала всего одну коробочку. Пришла целая. Минус доставка - 1,5 месяца.

The lashes are even better than expected. I haven't tried them out yet, but they seem more natural and better to work with than my usual Ardell ones, simply because of the naturally thinning tips, their non-uniform thickness, but also lack of glue at the base, since they are connected to the packaging in the middle. The reason I like this is because the glue that keeps them in the packaging usually mixes very poorly with the extension adhesive, which will not be a problem for these ones. Gorgeous. The store also sent a lovely coupon. I will definitely be ordering more :) Thank you :)
Pedi una en tamaño 10 y otra en 12 y me enviaron las dos cajas en tamaño 12. pero a parte esa equivocación las pestañas se corresponden con la foto aún no las he probado.
