Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

The brush arrived after a long time. it is as advertised but the bristles were a bit scattered. I suggest that the store improves on the packaging to help protect the bristles. I do recommend the product.

дерево покрыто лаком, щетина мягкая. Из минусов немного электризуется, но это я так понимаю неизбежно с натуральной щетиной и еще один минус немного щетинки лезут, если пальцами их потянуть...будем надеяться, что все не вылезет...

Посылка довольно долго шла, но по факту получил практически то, что хотел - для моих непослушных тонких коротких волос такая щетка - то, что нужно. Остальные щетки, заказанные на Аликэспресс были жесткие, причесать не могли и царапали кожу. Нужна была именно очень плотная, и в меру мягкая. Эта щетка оказалась именно такой. Рад, что угадал.
